Home coming(Poetry Thursday)

An immense joy fills me
Within,
Finding you
after years wait

You fill
The hole
That was empty
Since years

I have been
Craving for
Your
Home coming

I love this poem because it’s relevant to everyone and what ever or who ever fill us up…..the passion behind the words is apparent! Good job!

Hi Elle & Giggles,
Welcome to I&U,
Here you would find many offerings that are meaningful and for all of us! Poems are very special way of sharing our common feelings that bind the whole world together.I wonder at times what if there were no seasons, what if there were no birds, what if there were no colors, what if there were no stars in the sky, what if there were no rivers and waterfalls, what if there were no flowers, what if there were no friends...I think its the wholeness of life in this universe that makes life such a wonderful experience! I feel at times that one moment of bliss is enough to give a meaning to life despite all sorrows as one drop of elixir is enough to render immortality, as one drop of honey is enough to take away galons of bitter gaul.

Dear Susan,
There is always light after darkness..i do not believe in the never-ending dark tunnels. Thank you so much for being here.
cheers

Hi Abhay k
My wife and self have both just read your lovely poem. Succinctly put, beautiful phrasing and the photo of shadows marries well with the evocative feelings of hope and joy!!
Best wishes

Dear Lindsay,
First of all I would thank the lady for her interest in reading my poem and then you for showing her I&U. I am so grateful to the Almighty that he gave me the ability to engage you all and say something that is beautiful and at the same time conveys some meaning...Thank you so much!
Cheers!
