In the journey of life

I see myself looking at me
With inquisitiveness; and
There is glint in my eyes
That smile at me
Perhaps there is joy
Of discovery,
Finding the long lost love
That was once part of me

My eyes never get tired
Looking at your
Crystal clear blue eyes
The windows
to your heart and soul
Gateways
to the heavenly gardens
Full with overflowing joy
And I can’t look away
Even for a while

Your face
like Alice lost
in the wonderland
Your energy
Your readiness
To lift every drop of joy
To live every moment
Cherish the oasis of bliss
On the way
In the journey of life

I liked this part

Your face
like Alice lost
in the wonderland

What a unique way to describe her.

I can't wait to read more of your work.

Hi Madd,
Your quick drops are always refreshing and I welcome it very much!I do not know really much about love but something very close to it in this everchanging and fleeting world!

Dear Gary,
My blogging brother!
I am always touched by your generosity! You are such a great soul; would love to meet you someday my friend!
The Haiku is amazing. Many thanks!

Dear Susan,
I am so touched by your understanding of my mind. You perhaps have got the knack to truly point out whats on my mind.
Thank you so much! I have a mirror in you!

Dear Sara,
Its truly a pleasure to have you here! Even the protagonist has taken a liking for this part. I am so happy to read your kind words!
Thank you.

Cheers!
