Mental barriers
Obstructed thoughts
The rising tide of anger
Engulfs the wholesome peace
On the shores of life
Mind stretches far
But comes bouncing back
Hitting the barrier walls
Those seem to stand there
Since ever, for ever?!

I like this piece abhay. It rings true that anger can be so difficult to shift... we've all been there i think. You are clearly very into your poetry. It feels great to publish it, and have others appreciate it.
