May Day in Moscow

Today was a very special day here in Moscow for the Muscovites and the people from all continents who share this beautiful city. Thousands of students gathered today in the campus of the People’s Friendship University to celebrate the first day of May. The faces, dresses, flags, dances and the stalls from more than hundred countries from all continents made the campus a small world in itself. I had never witnessed such large scale enthusiastic participation before in my life. The sights and sounds of this occasion will last in my mind for ever. I would say this is one event on the planet worth visiting. Last but not the least I must thank my dear Russian friend for taking me there and showing such a rare sight.
